Originally from Ålesund, Norway, Elisabeth has established herself as one of the most interesting young dramatic sopranos of her generation. She is known for her warm, beautiful timbre, intuitive musicality and compelling stage presence.

Elisabeth will have her house debut at Bayerische Staatsoper as Leonora in Fidelio i March 2024, and returns as Elisabeth in Tannhäuser in July!

​

The summer of 2022 she had her debut at the Bayreuther Festspiele as Senta in Der fliegende Holländer, which came to be a great success! Summer of 2024 she returns as Elisabeth and Senta. 

​

During the next seasons Elisabeth can be seen and heard in places such as Bayerische Staatsoper, Bayreuther Festspiele, Teatro di San Carlo, Semperoper Dresden, The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Theatre du Capitole de Toulouse.
